ABOUT PLAYER SAFETY
At our youth flag football program, we are dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for all of our players. As a parent, we understand that the safety of your child is of utmost importance to you. That’s why we take every possible precaution to ensure that our players are safe during practices and games.
While we do not require our players to wear mouth guards and cleats, we do highly recommend them. Mouth guards are an important piece of protective gear that can help prevent dental injuries during play. Cleats, on the other hand, can help improve traction on the field, reducing the risk of slipping and injury.
ABOUT PLAYER SAFETY
In addition to recommending protective gear, we also take other important steps to ensure player safety. We have trained coaches and referees who are knowledgeable in the rules of the game and can help prevent dangerous situations from occurring. We also limit physical contact during games and practices, and we teach proper technique to help prevent injuries.
Our commitment to player safety goes beyond the field as well. We also require all of our coaches and volunteers to undergo background checks to ensure the safety of our players off the field. Our program also has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying or harassment, ensuring that our players feel safe and respected at all times.
At our youth flag football program, we are dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our players. We encourage all parents to work with us to ensure that their child is safe and protected on and off the field. By working together, we can ensure that our program is a positive and safe experience for everyone involved.
